[Features] Add option to save prediction probabilities

Would it be possible to add an option to save cell class prediction probabilities (either to current files or e.g. a separate parquet file)?

Hi 👋, sorry for the delayed response. This hasn't really been a consideration when originally developing the model. If you are still interested and want to do it yourself, I would start in make_ct L516 and store a tuple instead of a single value, where the second value could be a softmax over the sum of classes. Then you successively need to modify the following code and functions to consider this and can finally output this in the format you want.

I currently do not have capacity to work on this unfortunately, but can help you and would love to merge a PR if you do it.
