Remove some <subdomain>.digital-land.info sub domains

Overview
With heroku turning off thee is some cleanup on old applications happening. Specifially there are a couple of domains we still hold the DNS records to point the url to the app and they need to be removed from our global infrastructure repo. the domains are:

• feedback.digital-land.info
• performance.digital-land.info

Tech Approach

• remove any records or CDN from global-digital-land-infrastuctre for the url

Acceptance Criteria/Tests

• when visiting https://feedback.digital-land.info/ it should not be found rather than redirecting to a heroku domain
• • when visiting https://performance.digital-land.info/ it should not be found rather than redirecting to a heroku domain
