Background
There has been some content introduced in to the service via error messages when a user is checking their URLs. For example if the URL can not be accessed (403) or if an ArcGIS link is being provided which is not the data layer itself (ticket here)
There is also guidance about how to publish data and information about the format in which data can be provided in within each dataset guidance page- Article 4 for example
Work needed
We need to ensure that all of this content in joined up and remains consistent to help users understand what they need to do to provide data.
