Summary Description

Wiltshire council Article 4 direction endpoint was added on 30/03/2026 with endpoint hash 57ff9c35abceabe006e97796d36435793ad8ef87252c7094920abb4b88a43fdd. This has successfully passed the Check and Manage services as having valid data however is not appearing on the platform.

In Datasette, the endpoint and source are being created but there are no logs for processing and no resources have been created.

As the Manage Service can handle this endpoint, the platform should be able to!

Debugging: No collection from Wiltshire Article 4 endpoint

Goal: Run collection for a single endpoint instead of the full collection.

Changes made:

• Removed make init from collect.sh to prevent endpoint/source CSVs being overwritten from S3
• Trimmed endpoint.csv, source.csv, log.csv, resource.csv to single entries / headers

Issues hit:

1. make collection failed — old resource.csv entries referenced endpoint hashes not in trimmed source.csv
2. Endpoint hash in endpoint.csv is wrong — digital-land derives it as SHA-256 of the URL, and it doesn't match

Current fix needed: Recalculate correct hash and update endpoint.csv + source.csv:
