Column Mapping: Ensure all fields available

Overview
Currently the Column Mapping feature only shows the fields that are hardcoded into the async - i.e. those which are mandatory. We need to change this so that all fields are shown. This should be similar to the Check tool where it shows fields in specification/specification if one exists or fields in dataset-field if not.

Also added into this:

• Return of auto start data fill in
• Staging Async usage

When merging make sure to:

1. Change GitHub action to staging
2. Github action to also check for quotations
3. Annouce changes on slack
