Manage Service - Further Identified Work

The following issues have been identified for the Manage Service. These will need to be planned out and ticketed in the future, but given that they are not a high-priority, we have not dedicated much time to looking at these.

• Improve entity assignment to be identical to add-data command
• Add batch assign entity process as separate task on Manage #135
• Closer integrate Check with Manage (bypass Jira for loading in new endpoints)
• Update the Check Results page (fix dataset table, duplicate endpoint flag, ensure issues are the same in Check and Manage, check if LPAs have changed all their references)
• Find duplicate entities and fix them before adding the endpoint
• Make configuration file updating have a nicer UI (possibly one ticket per config file)
• Spike into how we can edit all collection/pipeline files outside of the add-data process (e.g. changing a column mapping)
• Creation of a database behind Manage service
• Consideration of other editors that may be useful in Manage (e.g. spec builder, guidance changes, provision reporting page)
