[BUG] Can't choose community to publish to in note editor

"Community" dropdown menu disappears when cursor hovers above it

There's an option to post a note/long form content to a specific community in the note editor. You're supposed to hover over the planet icon in the note editor and a dropdown menu is meant to open up with a list of communities to choose from, but in reality once the cursor hovers above the icon the dropdown menu disappears and it's impossible to choose a community to post to.
