All filenames in .deb packaged version changed from abicus to Abicus

Was this change intentional that all filenames (binary, images, .desktop) inside .deb-package changed from abicus to Abicus?

By tradition runnable files are in lowercase letters, because they are easier (no need to press shift key) to launch and find from command line.
