[Bug]: Cache hit rate is low / zero

I am not sure if this is openCode issues or Open work

deep infra dashboard report - you can see hit rate is zero.

Steps to reproduce

1. use any gateway metric to see cache hit rate.

Expected behavior

1. there should be decent cache hit rate

Actual behavior

cache hit rate is zero.
