migrate from 1.4.5 to 1.4.8

I was previously using version 1.4.5 and had no issues. Now I've upgraded to version 1.4.8. Unfortunately, my bot, which was working fine, is now throwing errors.
Error : TInjectTelegramRequestAPI & error : Error sending data: (12175) A security error occurred
Error : TInjectTelegramRequestAPI & error : Error receiving data: (12002) The operation timed out
Error : TInjectTelegramRequestAPI & error : Error receiving data: (12030) The connection with the server was terminated abnormally
