Re-style homepage to accommodate more cards

Possibly remove Working Note images from cards.
Instead (possibly) create content block beneath hero image that provides a clear sense of what the site/ Working Notes are, and then add buttons or drop down list to the right that provides one-click access to individual novel landing-pages.
