Take transfer cost into account #23

First, thanks for the work on this. Really interesting to see the results of all efforts I have made in order to change my consumption pattern!
I would be great if the analysis also could take transfer costs into account. From what I have learnt, several utility providers practice a similar model with differentiated pricing depending on time of year, month, weekday and time that you can opt in for.
I.e., either
- Always pay a fixed transfer cost, say 30öre/kWh, or
- Pay 50öre/kWh if Nov-Mar, Mo-Fri, 06-22, else 18öre
The two I have come across both share the same time pattern so it would likely be enough to just have the the three transfer costs as input.
