Not able to make it work with 2.31.5 onward

I tried to use my server or the play servers

But I get every time the same behavior:

• loading screen doesn't stop
• after hitting the back button and opening again the app:
  • the user data is loaded ok
  • impossible to retrieve aggregate repports

I used my android 9 (oneplus 6) phone
