FanDAC and LaserDAC settings are incorrect #2
Description
When using the set_laser_power and set_fan_power calls, weird things happen. Here are some results:

| Set FanDAC to 255 | 255 | 0 |
| Set FanDAC to 123 | 150 | 0 |
Note the default settings are LaserDAC = 150 and FanDAC = 255. This was tested on an OPC-N2 with firmware v14a.
