Token registry events

Do you plan to have events related to addition or removal of tokens to the Token Registry?
Right now they seem to be represented here:

charta/contracts/TokenRegistry.sol

Line 22 in 7297097

string[256] public tokenSymbolList;

and I'm not sure what's a good way to be notified of updates to it.
