How to flash v8 to viomi v8 version? #333

Hi all,
So, I try to change the version of my viomi v8 to v6. The goal is to be able to see it in the china server on my mi home app. I've generated the firmware from here :https://builder.dontvacuum.me/_viomi_v7.html
I have no clue what to do with the files. There is no section in the wiki which makes me feel like I'm at the right place in the wiki. I have no pkg. I have this tar file and in it are the images.
I thought I could follow this guide:

But there it also says .pkg is needed.
So two questions:
How to get this package?
And is there an issue with flashing v8?
Any guide or advice in whatever direction I have to go are so greatly appreciated!
