Test suite `pem` invalid encoding

I'm trying to run the test suite with `dfx 0.14.0` but I keep getting this error: `A key was rejected by Ring: InvalidEncoding', test/runner/main.rs:56:9`.

I used an old PEM from who knows when, but then I also created and exported a new identity to `pem` and it still gives that error.
