fping did not read ICMP reply packet

Have Web smart switch connecte on LAN which is pingable from standard windows ping.exe but not from fping

recvfrom() - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

tried few another ping versions, but all can read the response. Only fping dont. Wireshark packets record attached. It send all four packets immediatelly, skip default one second wait time too.

Check the new 4.2 binary

Look like 4.2 is completelly different program. I have old (kwakkelflaps) fping incorporated in many scripts, I prefer to not rewrite it all. Could someone here make public clarification on differences between version 3 and higher versions?
