Does this wiki support offlline editing (and later merging after online again)?

It does not direct support offline editing in the sense of storing changes in browser.

The structure of this system encourages running multiple instances of the wiki (say: central online, team member 1 offline instance, team member 2 offline instance, team member 3 offline instance,...) and exchanging updates when network connection is available.
