Feature Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Currently, DevWeekends fellows and users do not have a dedicated place to share their progress, projects, or updates inside the platform. Most fellows post on LinkedIn, but those posts do not gain enough visibility or community interaction. This reduces motivation and limits peer-to-peer learning.

There is no community space inside DevWeekends where users can showcase what they're building, receive feedback, engage with others, or interact socially around their work.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a new page/module called DevWeekends Community Forum, where authenticated users can:

  • Create posts
  • Upload images
  • Write a description
  • Publish to public feed
  • View a global feed of all posts
  • Like posts
  • Comment on posts
  • Share posts within the platform
  • Add impressions counting

This would function similar to a simple LinkedIn-style feed, but optimized for DevWeekends use cases.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Continue using LinkedIn for updates (but has very limited reach and no DevWeekends context)
  2. Using Discord channels (but messages get lost, and not content-driven)
  3. Using Whatsapp groups but got that much reach.

None of these alternatives provide a built-in, community-centric experience inside DevWeekends. I think this cause a lose of motivation to kids
