Support for Jakarata EE #96
Description
We have introduced JPA specific 3rd party rules. For the future we will update devon4j at some point in time from JEE Persistence API (javax.persistence.*) to Jakarta Persistence API (jakarta.persistence.*). At least then we need a rule that prefers jakarta.persistence.* instead of javax.persistence.*.
IMPORTANT: Do not start with this story/issue without synching the according progress in devon4j and also consider an approach for some kind of downward compatibility.
