Deprecation of Drools Rule Templates (DRT)

Since upgrading to version 8.44.0.Final of Drools (see #244) the Solicitor log shows some WARN generated from the Drools rule engine:

WARN : DRT (Drools Rule Template) is deprecated. Please consider drools-decisiontables or third party templating features.

This possible requires action in the Solicitor code to be able to update to newer versions of Drools.
