An Error occurs while setting up devon-ide with node 20.x.x

Expected behavior

As a devonfw-ide user, I want to use the ide with node 20.x.x so that I can build angular 17 applications

Actual behavior

When setting up devon, the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce (bug) / Use Case of feature request (enhancement)

1. In the devon.properties file, update the variables NODE_VERSION and NPM_VERSION to v20.11.1 and 10.2.3 respectively.
2. Execute the installation script.

Comments/Hints:

This issue is caused by the npm version not being listed in Ide-urls
