Multi Monitor support

Could you add the option to change the monitor it's on?
Currently it's always on the main monitor, would be great we could set an initial one (which, if not found would fall back to main monitor), and change it on the fly.

Holy grail would be more more multi monitor options such as:

• Duplicate on all monitor. So one instance, but can access on all monitors or on which are specified in options.
• Independent dropdown per monitor (shortcut could be ctrl+`+1 or 2 or 3)

This already works for me, the console appears on the monitor I have my mouse cursor on.

Different key combos for each monitor would also be nice though, to avoid needing to move the mouse beforehand.
