• Removed 7 (482148a), straight up duplicate in all aspects.
• idb-sp-fund is not used in the ddw DB. Have kept the id for now in case it is still used in any of the tables in the data_series schema. Have set name & long-name the same for both ids. Will go through them all and check.
• arab-fund & afesd not used in in the ddw DB. Have kept the id for now in case it is still used in any of the tables in the data_series schema. Have set name & long-name the same for both ids. Will go through them all and check.
