Edit Modules/Setup.dist rather than committing Modules/Setup

To avoid the need to edit Modules/Setup to build Stackless Python, Modules/Setup has been committed. It's better to commit a modified Modules/Setup.dist, because Modules/Setup is intended to be a side product of the configure and might be changed by Python's build system
