Producing standalone .nds #2
Description
Add the option of producing a standalone .nds which doesn't rely on accessing flash storage to find a main.py to execute.
This should be easy using libfilesystem, and as a side effect it should enable dspython to run on emulators without using tricks like the fat12 dldi used in the past.
