Configure Bundler + Paymaster (Base + Pimlico / Stackup)

This task involves setting up and configuring the Bundler and Paymaster infrastructure for Kivo’s ERC-4337 implementation on Base L2.

The Bundler is responsible for collecting and relaying UserOperations to the EntryPoint contract, while the Paymaster sponsors gas fees to create a gasless experience for users.

We’ll use Pimlico or Stackup as managed bundler services, and configure a Base-native Paymaster to handle sponsored transactions directly on the Base network.
