Update toast notification should perform upgrade #262
Description
Currently if you get a notification saying that there is a new version of Dev Proxy, when you click the update button we send you to the GitHub page for that release.
Instead we should detect if you have installed Dev Proxy using homebrew or winget and perform the update in the background for you. If you installed manually, then we should fall back to the current behaviour.
