Update commands that use raiseMockRequest endpoint

When dotnet/dev-proxy#1095 is merged, the endpoints for raising a mock request and creating a JWT token changes, this will break the functionality in the toolkit, so we need to ensure that the relevant commands are updated to ensure that these functions continue to work.
