v3.0.0 Breaking API Change: GitProcess -> exec

Dependabot PR triggered runs trying to use the new version failed. TS compile and eslint both have problems.

Things that could be handled better:

• dependabot does not provide info on this breaking change.
• the README.md was not updated for the interface change.
• the new version is on npm but not here?

Will update README if there is a clear path to updating the v3.0.0 version.

I think that I found the PR that introduced the breaking changes: #591

I think that the best idea would be to update the README by replacing import { GitProcess } with something like import { exec as GitProcessExec } (and the corresponding change in the call), and to update the release notes to mention this breaking change specifically, as well as how to address it on the caller side.

👋 Sorry for leaving y'all without any resources to help with the upgrade. I've published https://github.com/desktop/dugite/releases/tag/v3.0.0 which contains a migration guide and an overview of what's changes since 2.7.1. I'll take a look at updating the README next!
