csv based database

Hey, can you implement a csv type database? I saw someone else do it and I have the files but it's such a simple imageboard. I like everything you have but I would rather have a csv type database. Please let me know! I have the files from the previous imageboard that uses a csv type database if you would like to take a look. the original poster deleted the project but not before I was able to download it. Or maybe add it as an option, say if someone doesn't have a database they can use the csv file but If they do have a database then they can use a dedicated database like mysql

I think it's possible you see, but I'm not entirely sure how to do it myself. I'm sorry if this isn't much use to you, but you're free to try. I do think it's entirely possible, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work. Again, apologies if I wasn't of much help.
