auto refresh/reload the csv file when it changed

This is the most pretty csv file html viewer I saw.

Is possible adding one feature that, using the scripts to watch the csv file modify timestamp, whenever the file is changed or modified, reload the file to the html page.

Bump to top, use this in kiosk for showing schedule, csv is edited via network share, will be really useful if it can update on its own
