Replace rename and upgrade camera-server

  • switch to UV
  • camera feeds matching current interface
  • motor control compatible with current but with smoother accelleration/decelleration (PID?)
  • sensor/heading readings as current
  • eye controls direction, wake/asleep, surprise
  • neck readings and controls
  • integrated movements
    • turn to direction/height (eventually turn to voice or face)
    • eyes move first then head with them tracking together
  • shutdown command (optionally fully pi shut down if we can make that work)
