Wait for #26 and #28 to be completed before proceeding with this task.
Modals from tasks #26 and #28 have a lot in common. Extract common parts of them into one modal component. It could, for example, receive the "form" (marked in red below) as a children property, but any ideas are welcomed to avoid that repetitiveness.
