Verify letter modal - usage #26
Description
Wait for #25 and #23 to be completed before proceeding with this task.
Implement usage of the letter modal. It should appear after clicking "verify button" in the letters list. It should fetch and display letter data. Accept and deny buttons should send correct data and close the modal or display an error.
