Give candidates the ability to know who supported them given a specific email list #1
Description
Citizens have not given LaPrimaire the permission to disclose their contact info to candidates, thus we cannot give the candidates much info about the citizens that supported them.
However, that being said, many candidates have a list of emails and they would like to know who in their list already supported them.
The idea is to give candidates the ability to upload a CSV file with an "email" column (ideally, let's try to be as flexible as possible and detect the column with emails) and give as a result the same CSV file enriched with a new column "supporter" with "1" if the email has been found to be a supporter of the candidate in our database or "0" in the email is not a supporter of the candidate.
