Ability to back through steps in definition order

It would be good if hat-trick had the ability to back through steps in definition order.

For example, say you have steps A, B, C, D, E and F. The user goes to step A, and then manually types in the URL for step E. The user then clicks back. They should then go to step D.

We may not actually want this. It would break the consistency between the browser's back button and the step's back button. It could also be pretty tricky to implement given branching and skipping of steps. In the example above, what if the after block for step A would have made hat-trick skip to step E? Going back to step D from E would then be a mistake. Or what if step D relies on some data that is provided in step C to even display properly? This would create a lot more error-prone situations we would have to account for in the code and seldom-encountered usage scenarios to test (e.g. does X break when you start at step D and go back to step B?).

I don't think it's a good idea.
