Suggested usage for GitVersion + SemRelease #10

Description

@BinToss

GitTools/GitVersion can be configured for for compatibility with Conventional Commits 1.0.0 and can be customized further for custom Types.

Because it is available in several forms for various environments, it is more flexible than Semantic Release on its own.

Although intended to be used with GitTools/GitRelease and GitTools/GitReleaseNotes, GitVersion's variables can be used by other applications in the same environment.
As an added bonus, it also has built-in support for patching assembly versions.

The only thing I'm currently unsure about is whether it's possible to overwrite Semantic Release's variables with GitVersion's variables and how to do so in both local and CI environments.
