LazyConnect doesn't auto-detect the account is already connected

Should be a simple fix.

Reproduction steps:

1. Connect your web3 wallet & connect an account
2. Reload the page
3. Notice you have to click "Connect your account" again!

Expectation: Reloading should still remember you've connected to the site.
