Notifications are a hit and miss on mobile

The service worker registration happens on some devices, and doesn not on some. Need to investigate with remote debugging 
Edit : It seems to work for now, the issue seemed to be because Notifs were disabled for Chrome. 
Another issue I noticed : Even few hours after reveal time, at times notifs popup, both on desktop and mobile. Need to investigate this.
