Create draft example project workflow

I think a lot of people see Git as abstract, so having an example up front will be really important to ground people before they look at the details.

Could we make a draft workflow this week?

Yeah that was the exact intent on that page, it is just a wip though. I can throw in some bullet points as I think of them, we can also ref the example workflow in the original document this wiki is based off
