The installation of DeepFlameV1.6 on Ubuntu 20.04 failed.

I want to install it on Ubuntu 20.04, DeepFlame V1.6 version. I followed the given reference steps exactly, but encountered a problem at the end. I pasted the image below. I feel that the error message might be due to the inability to link to the OpenFOAM 7 libraries, but my environment is indeed an OpenFOAM 7 environment. I tried both the notorch and DNN versions, and both encountered this issue. I hope someone can help me solve this mystery. Thank you all.

Oddly enough, if I source the ./bashrc command (to re-set up the OpenFOAM 7 environment) after the command (presumably referring to some prior installation or setup command), the compilation succeeds. However, the DeepFlame solvers are not recognized.
