Does it work on Windows 6.1?

Hello.
I tried to test this tool on Windows 7 Desktop. But I got the error:
[-] ERROR: 0x80004005 Calling IMsiCustomAction->LoadEmbeddedDLL
And I found that there is no C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly subdirectory on Windows 7 Desktop.

Is it possible to work on Windows 7 Desktop as well?
