Benchmark Demo Table Explanations

There is a Benchmark demo markdown that is run on the Demo Server. The tables produced have short column names, some of which are not easily understood for context.

• Create a markdown that can be referenced by the Demo (this would be a full link to the markdown doc)
• Provide explanations of what the columns mean
