Dialogue generation Task

Hi, is there any instructions on how you setup for CUM_DOG generation? e.g., where to download the dataset and put it in the correct folder. And how to run and test it correctly?
Also, when I run "pip install --editable ./finetune_gpt2", it shows "ERROR: file .../finetune_gpt2 does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.". Any comment on that? Thanks.
