Bug in Manage Likes feature

• The Like Button should work in such a manner that, the 1st click = Like and 2nd click = Unlike.
• Problem Description
  • It works fine when we mark a LIKE and later UNLIKE it before anyone else marks a new LIKE.
  • If some marks a LIKE in between, the counter keeps on deleting LIKEs until it's a zero.
