Currently active settings display

Have a place, (preferably) both on HDS display and web interface, of the currently active settings. 
Examples:

WiFi: enabled, SSID saved
BLE Buttons active: true
BLE Heartbeat: enabled
Auto Sleep: enabled (after 15minutes)
```
