Allow setting of maxUpload

Currently, the Request() constructor takes a 2nd maxUpload parameter. Nobody ever calls the constructor with that 2nd parameter.

Application should be able to set this.

Currently it defaults to 10MB.

You will be able to set:

server.maxUpload = size in bytes

Any file uploaded that is larger than this size is discarded.

This is implemented.

Coming:

server.uploadToFileSystem = true/false

If true, uploaded files will be written to the filesystem. More on this when it's implemented. Obviously the req.data.file information has to change to indicate the content is in a disk file and the location of the disk file.
