Data restricted to certain formats

Not all reviewers are savvy with every statistical program-- and even if the reviewer is savvy, maybe the typical reader is not, and it would be nice if open data were friendly towards people who use excel and other common programs. I guess there could be a button for noting that the data would be restricted to those who can only analyze it using certain packages.
